If you live in the Cincinnati area, we will travel to you for your confidential jewelry needs and deliver your purchase free of charge. All items come with a 14 day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know by email at Rebecca@TheRutile.com or the Contact Us form on the right within 14 calender days, return the item in the condition you recieved it and we'll happily refund your money!
